In the lesser known pockets of the northern prairies there are areas of alfalfa hayfields and yellow sweet clover growing wild in the pastures. This is where you will find TJO Bees. This is where our honey begins.

Our honey tastes like:

Long sunny days where the bees buzz in the humid air thick with the smell of nearby alfalfa flowers.

Our honey tastes like:

Two weeks since the last rain when there are finally feathery clouds high overhead and blue clouds building on the western horizon.

Our honey tastes like:

Warm clear nights when the air is full of crickets chirping, the sky is rich with stars, and the Northern Lights dance.
